How to Boost up your Immune System using Tea Tree Oil.

Tea Tree Oil EO ep1.png

These days, I want to remind you that there are many different tools you can use to strengthen your immune system. And during this particular pandemic, Lung asks for our attention.  In Chinese medicine, Lung (we see it as one organ) is a Metal element.

Metal is Justice, Respect, Inspiration, Evaluation, Letting go.

Do you respect yourself?

Are you self-judging too much?

What inspires you?

What is important/precious for you here and now?

Can you let go of what does not serve you anymore?

Breath in! Breath out! Repeat!

If you spend most of your day at home and do not wear mask, you can take a face tissue put 1-2 drops of tea tree oil on it, then keep that tissue close by or as a bib.

Ideally, use distilled water in your diffuser or spray bottle.

Use very little. Actually as little as you can. The less you use the stronger is the effect. If you apply too much, it overwhelms the body and loses the therapeutic effect. You can use a toothpick, touch the rim of the bottle, and then touch the point on the skin/body. It should be barely visible on the skin.
